The Presidential Executive Office hosted a Russia-China bilateral meeting on countering corruption with the participation of Head of the Presidential Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption Directorate Maxim Travnikov and Ms Mu Hongyu, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Chinese Communist Party, member of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

The Commissioner for Children’s Rights had a meeting with the Astrakhan Region Governor and a meeting with representatives of relevant regional agencies tasked with ensuring the rights of minors, visited children’s social institutions, and also took part in the opening of the Cup of Kindness Russian Children's Fishing Festival.

The meeting was moderated by Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Sakhalin Region Governor and State Council Commission Chairman Valery Limarenko.

From August 30 to September 2, the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, Maria Lvova-Belova, visited the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

On September 1, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova visited Sevastopol and congratulated students of the branch of the Nakhimov Naval School and the Sevastopol Cadet Corps of the Investigative Committee of Russia on Knowledge Day.

First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko chaired a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation to support participants in the special military operation.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Novosibirsk Region Governor Andrei Travnikov co-chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Science. It took place as part of the Technoprom-2023 10^th International Forum of Technological Development.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Kemerovo Region – Kuzbass Governor Sergei Tsivilev co-chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Energy via videoconference. The participants discussed the industrial use of ash and slag waste from coal-fired thermal power stations.

Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova attended the All-Russian Youth Forum Mashuk where she met with participants in the Talent track and discussed child protection.

Moscow hosted RosPodros, a nationwide teen forum, and the second meeting of the Federal Children's Public Council under the Children's Ombudsman as part of the national project Education, supported by the Ministry of Education and the Moscow City Government.

Presidential Aide, State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Chairman of the State Council Commission on Transport, Head of the Republic of Buryatia Alexei Tsydenov co-chaired a videoconference meeting of the Commission on preparations for the State Council Presidium meeting on efforts to develop public transport in the Russian Federation.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Chairman of the State Council Commission on Social Policy, Novgorod Region Governor Andrei Nikitin chaired a videoconference of the commission to discuss preparations for a meeting of the State Council Presidium on the development of the labour market in Russia.

Presidential Aide, State Council Secretary Igor Levitin, Kemerovo Region Governor Sergei Tsivilev and Deputy Secretary of the Civic Chamber, Chair of the Coordination Council for National Projects and Population Preservation Alexander Galushka chaired a joint meeting of the State Council Commission on Energy and the Coordination Council under the Civic Chamber for National Projects and Population Preservation.

In July 2023, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova made a working trip to the Pskov and Kirov regions.

Presidential Aide, State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Governor of the Kemerovo Region – Kuzbass Sergei Tsivilev chaired a meeting of the State Council Commission on Energy. The meeting took place in a mixed format: in person in Kemerovo as part of the Kuzbass Energy forum, and via videoconference.

The meeting took place in a mixed format – in person in the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the Russian Field Day exhibition, and via videoconference.
