On October 2, 2014, Vladimir Putin will meet with King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan , who will arrive in Moscow on a working visit at the invitation of the President of Russia.
The summit talks are to focus on issues of bilateral cooperation, including prospects for implementing joint energy, infrastructure and agriculture projects in Jordan with the participation of Russian companies.
The two leaders are also expected to exchange views on regional issues, including the situation in Syria, Libya and the Middle East settlement.
