Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order “On social support measures for families with children who suffered from Ukraine’s aggression.”
The executive order aims to ensure social support for families with children who suffered from Ukraine’s aggression in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, the Zaporozhye Region, the Kherson Region and in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation adjacent to the special military operation zone.
The executive order provides for paying a one-time payment of 100,000 rubles for every person under the age of 18 years old who suffered a physical injury (wound, trauma, concussion) in these territories. This one-time payment will be made if the affected minor is a citizen of the Russian Federation, has a permanent residence in the Russian Federation and was injured after February 18, 2022.
The Government of the Russian Federation has received the corresponding instructions.
