Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law provides for the opportunity to use digital financial assets and utility digital rights as a consideration under foreign trade agreements (contracts) signed by residents and non-residents on the transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services and transfer of information and IP assets, including exclusive rights to them.
