The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, as regards the provision of financial assistance during the implementation of joint industrial cooperation projects by the Eurasian Economic Union Member States.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on May 25, 2023.
The Protocol determines the volume of funds provisioned for in the EAEU budget for the ensuing financial year to provide financial assistance during the implementation by the EAEU member states of joint industrial cooperation projects. The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council shall determine the format of providing this financial assistance. A corresponding procedure for selecting and implementing joint industrial cooperation projects by the EAEU member states, as well as for providing financial assistance using the EAEU budget funds, shall be determined in accordance with a statute, approved by members of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
