The President signed Order On a Special Decision Concerning a Transaction by ISTRATECH Group LLC.
In accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial, and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations, the President ordered to allow ISTRATECH Group LLC to carry out a transaction for the acquisition of 100 percent of shares in the authorised capital of Grundfos Istra LLC, owned by Grundfos Holding A/S.
