The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 11 of the Federal Law On Control Over Activities of Persons under Foreign Influence and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law bans the promotion of information resources from foreign agents in the media as well as in media reports and materials on information and telecommunications networks.
In addition, the Federal Law does not allow distribution of advertising on information resources from foreign agents.
