Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of Protocol No. 2 on Amendments to the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the Settlement of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s Debt to the Russian Federation Under Previously Granted Loans dated October 10, 2001, and the Protocol of February 15, 2021, thereto.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on May 24, 2023.
The provisions of the Protocol specify the procedure for settling the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s debt to the Russian Federation.
