Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants in the 10th anniversary session of the United Russia Party – Communist Party of China Dialogue.
The message reads, in part:
“Russian-Chinese relations of comprehensive strategic partnership have attained an unprecedentedly high level. We implement large-scale joint economic, transport, energy, humanitarian and other projects. Moscow and Beijing coordinate their efforts both at the bilateral level and at the SCO, BRICS and other multilateral organisations, while addressing highly important international issues and facilitating the creation of a more just and democratic world order.
The fine-tuned and constructive interaction between leading political parties of both countries, specifically, United Russia and the Communist Party of China, facilitates the sustainable development of diverse ties between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China. Regular contacts involving central agencies, as well as regional institutions, provide a useful exchange of experience in the field of party development as well as parliamentary and public activities, making it possible to discuss in detail a wide range of topical issues on the bilateral and international agenda.
I am confident that your discussions will once again prove meaningful and constructive, and that your opinions and ideas will serve to further expand fruitful Russian-Chinese cooperation still further.”
